Modupe Ndidi Ogunbanjo is a seasoned executive leader with over 20 years of experience spanning construction, real estate development, and corporate management. She currently serves as Group Managing Director of Multi-Contractor Limited and Multi Con Homes, where she provides strategic direction, oversees operational performance, and drives long-term business growth.

With a strong foundation in building and civil engineering, Modupe has progressed from technical site roles to C-suite leadership, demonstrating expertise in strategic planning, operational efficiency, corporate governance, and profitability enhancement. She has successfully led organizations through business transformation initiatives, strengthened stakeholder partnerships, and implemented performance frameworks that improve market share and return on investment.

An honorary Doctor of Science in Property Management and Estate Development, and an alumnus of Lagos Business School and Strathmore Business School, she combines executive insight with technical depth. Modupe is a registered builder and a member of several professional bodies, including the Council of Registered Builders of Nigeria (CORBON) and the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB).
